Workouts
12 Minute Running Clock
Cash In: 150 Alternating Wall Balls @ 6kg
Ascending AMRAP in Remaining Time
P1:
Plank Hold
P2 & P3:
5-10-15-20-25 etc
Thrusters @ 70kg (combined weight)
Pull Ups (1.6x Ring Rows Scaled)
Two athletes working at a time on completing the cash in, can swap in and out at anytime.
Once wall balls are completed, P1 will form the plank position* whilst P2 & P3 will begin the AMRAP - Each athlete must complete both movements before switching with P1.
e.g. P2 completes 5 x Thrusters and 5 x Pull Ups; then P3 completes 5 x Thrusters and 5 x Pull Ups OR P2 completes 5 x Thrusters then P3 completes 5 x Thrusters; P2 completes 5 x Pull Ups then P3 completes 5 x Pull Ups - then either one may swap with P1. THE FULL ROUND MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE SWAPPING OUT WITH THE PARTNER HOLDING THE PLANK.
*if the plank hold is broken at any point the athletes completing the AMRAP must stop until the hold resumes.
Each athlete to choose a movement - Bench Press, Snatch or Back Squat
The athlete will have 5 minutes to find a 1 Rep Max on their chosen movement. There will be a 1 minute transition time from one athlete completing their chosen movement to the next athlete starting their chosen movement.
Score is total combined kilograms.

21 x Hand Stand Push Ups (Scaled to Deficit Push Ups)
18 x Front Squats @ 100kg Combined Total Weight
15 x Bar Facing Burpees
P2:
Calorie Bike*
P3:
Rest
P1 completes a full round of 21-18-15 before swapping with P2 or P3.
P2 & P3 can swap between bike and rest at anytime.
Score is total calories
*Each athlete MUST complete a full round within the 15 minutes for their team's total calories to count.

10 x Deadball Squats (90kg Total Combined Weight)
20 x Toes To Bar (Scaled to 1.6x Knee Raises)
30 x Deadball Over Shoulder
Each athlete must complete 1km each on the rower. Whilst one athelete is on the rower, the other two athletes will work through the AMRAP.
The athletes completing the AMRAP must have completed one full round with reps split evenly before swapping to the rower.
