Winter Solo 5 Division Standards
Here is a quick description to help determine which division to register for. The movements listed below are examples and are not limited to those for the competition. Information in this document is subject to change without notice. NOTE: you can change divisions at any time up to 48 hours before event day.
Elite
Movement standards look similar to the CrossFit Open semiannual competition series. To qualify for this division, you must have finished as an individual in a podium position at a regional competition series OR finished in a CrossFit open season in the semi-annuals within the past three years. Movements will resemble Rx, but you should expect higher weight volumes and more complex skill movements.
Rx
Movement standards are very similar to those of the CrossFit Open, meaning the RX division should be able to perform exercises like chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar pull-ups, handstand push-ups, double-unders, etc. Go for the RX division if you can do at least 90% of those movements. Athletes should also be able to complete the movements at the weights listed for multiple reps.
