Workouts

All the dumbbells

For Time:

100 DB snatch

80 pull ups

60 DB goblet squats

40 DB step ups

20 DB devil press

***single arm for each, snatches and devil presses must be alternated.

Scaled: 35/20#

One partner working at a time, work must be split evenly (each person does 50 snatches, each does 40 pull ups, etc).

12:00 time cap

:01 added for every rep not completed

Lets get physical

5 minutes to accumulate MAX calories on a rower and a bike.

Both athletes are working for 5 minutes at the same time, can switch between rower and bike or can remain on the same machine for the entire 5 minutes. Score is total calories on both the rower and the bike after 5 minutes.

Max weight front squat

10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max and a 2 rep max front squat. Athletes must declare who is doing a 1 rep max and who is doing a 2 rep max front squat before the timer starts. Both will have their own individual bar but only one person can lift at a time with unlimited attempts. Score is max weight between both partners.
