Set the C2 to a 2000m, have the damper set at what every you like and go!
Ensure you set your bike to the 2k distance by following :"select workout" and select 2000m so this score will be saved in the bikes memory.

This week we have a "Strength" test you can even complete in this weeks Wednesday SAS class or in open gym
8RM Deadlift
Reps HAVE to be touch and go reps!
Full lockout at the top
No straps allowed
Belts are fine
Please Upload a video of your deadlift
Hang Tough
This workout is scored on how many unbroken reps you can complete.
Unbroken mean the 2 x DB's cannot touch the floor or you reach the 3 minute time cap.
In a 3 Minute Window:
Max Reps DB x 2 Hang Snatch/Clean & Jerk
Open Female Weights: 10kg x 2
Open Male Weights: 17.5kg x 2
Masters Female Weights: 8kg x 2
Masters Male Weights: 15kg x 2
Standards:
- DB's start every rep below your waist either instead of outside of legs
- DB's finish with a strong clear lock out overhead
Video's must be uploaded for score to be verified
- Reps will be dedicated if there is not a clear lock out over head
- Videos should be filmed from the side view
