Vitosha Classic е двудневно отборно състезание, което ще се проведе на територията на Crossfit Vitosha на 03 и 04 Юни 2023г.

Отбори // Отборите може да бъдат сформирани от двама мъже или две жени.  Състезанието е отворено за български граждани. Няма изискване за участие в предишни формати.

Qualifier Number 1 for Vitosha Classic 2023 is 15 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) of:

15/10 Synchronized Kipping Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

20 Single Dumbbell Box Step-over I go you go

15/10 Synchronized Toes to bar

20 Single Dumbbell Box Step-over I go you go

For Qualifier 1 the athletes will have 15 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. This workout begins with both athletes under the pull-up bar. On the count of "3,2,1 ... Go" athletes can start their workout with 15/10 synchronized kipping chest-to-bar pull-ups. The workout continues with 20 single dumbbell box step-overs where the athlete must alternate until the repetitions are completed. The repetitions have to be split equally. On the single dumbbell box step-over athletes may switch however they see fit. Once all 20 single dumbbell box step-over are complete, the athletes will perform 15/10 synchronized toes to bar. Once the toes to bar are completed, the athletes will then perform another 20 single dumbbell box step-overs. Upon completion of the single dumbbell box step-overs the athletes will continue to the synchronized pull-ups for the next round. The team's score will be the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute time cap. There is no tiebreak for this workout.

On the 4-minute mark, the athletes must take 1 minute of required rest. After the call of “3, 2, 1 … Go,” the athletes may move to their barbells and perform Qualifier 2B where they will have 9 minutes to complete:
