Compete for A Cause 21.2
About This Competition
Compete for a Cause is back for 21.2. We've kept the swim but shortened the week end for our beloved competitors!
As always we have a cut off for our shirt orders. Please note that to guarantee your shirt order registration needs to be made BEFORE the 8th of September. Don't forget to research your shirt/singlet option from the lists provided.
The cost to register is $220 per team and $110 per individual for our Friday night lights and daytime throwdown. Team members must complete a waiver to enter the competition.
Please read the following information before registering, we hope it answers some questions you may have, and if not, don't hesitate to contact us via social media or email comp4acause@gmail.com.
Shirts
There is an option to type the style/size/colour for each competitor. This is extremely important to ensure the right apparel is ordered. Please research the following options on AS colour. If the colour is not available, we will try to contact your team. If in the case where we don't have a colour option, the shirts will default to a dark colour choice.
Refunds & Athlete Changes
There will be strictly no refunds on registrations. If an athlete cannot compete, you may sub with other athletes; however, the team must notify us via email or social media prior to the event. Once the shirt order has been finalised, there will be no option to alter this, and the original order will stand for that team. New team members will need to complete a waiver on the day before competing
COVID-19
The event organisers will be following the QLD Governments industry COVID Safe Event Checklist and guidelines. A percentage will be refunded if our event does not go ahead due to COVID and restrictions. This will be based on money already spent on apparel and running costs.
Workouts
All workouts will be released at least one week before the event. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.
