RX MM/FF (OPEN STANDARDS)

* Workouts will be released progresively and final workout will be released on the day.
* Further scaling allowed for participation.
* Prizes for Rx and Intermediate podium placements

Workouts
Rx Athletes athlete will have 1 attempt to complete as many unbroken double unders as possible
Intermediate athletes will have 1 minute to complete a s many double unders as possible
Both rx and intermediate division must stay within one square metre while completing the double unders.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of
10 Toes To Bar
15 Axle Bar Deadlift
20 Wall Ball Shots
Rx - M85Kg/9Kg - F60Kg/6Kg
Int - M70Kg/9Kg - F50Kg/6Kg
In this 10 minute AMRAP partners will alternate each movement completing each one in succession.
At the count 3…2..1..GO! Partner A will complete the 10 Toes to Bar, partner B will complete the 15 axle bar deadlift and partner A will then complete the 20 wall ball shots.
On the second round partner B will begin on the toes to bar followed by partner A completing the 15 axle bar deadlift.
Continue in this style for the entire workout.
Score is total repetitions accumulated in all movements by both partners.
4 Min to find 1RM Clean
4 Min Max Syncronised Bar Facing Burpees
4 Min to find 1RM Cluster
Int - Power Clean + Thruster optional
Wod Description
At the count 3…2..1..GO! Partner A and partner B have a total of 4’ to establish their 1RM clean. At the end of the first section partners have 4’ to complete as many synchronised bar facing burpees as possible. Once the amrap has been completed, partners will have 4’ to establish their 1RM Cluster.
Score is the total weight combined for both clean and cluster of both partners as well as the total repetitions of synchronised bar facing burpees.

Wod Description
At the count 3…2..1..GO! Partner A will complete the 50 cal row.
Once the calories have been completed, partner A and partner B can share the workload for the box jumps over, Thrusters and bar muscle ups (pull ups for intermediate) however they like.
Partner B must complete the last 50 cal row.

At the count 3...2...1...Go! Partner A must complete a full round before partner B can begin. Partner must alternate after completeting each round!
