Final in house throw down for the Mount CrossFit crew. Get into M/M or F/F pairs for a fun morning of epic workouts and good vibes.
There will be 3 divions, RX, Intermediate, and sclaed.

1x Shoulder to Overhead

1x Behind the neck Shoulder to Overhead
RX: 70/45kg
Intermediate: 50/35kg
Scaled: 40/30kg
Partner A will have 5min to get as many touch an go, and unbroken reps of the above, once partner A has dropped the bar or has stop doing reps, or hit the time cap, partner B will start their 5min window to get as many touch an go, and unbroken reps as possible.
You may NOT rest longer then 5sec in any positons.
