For Max Reps:
Partner 1 will do 3 thrusters and 3 burpees, then tag in there partner to do the same, only one person working at a time, the resting parnter is on the platform number.
Repeat this for as many reps as you can in the 18 min timecap
RX:
3 Thrusters (95/65)
3 Lateral Burpees over the bar
3 Thrusters
3 Lateral Burpees over the bar
6 Thrusters
6 Lateral Burpees over the bar
6 Thrusters
6 Lateral Burpees over the bar
.... and so on increasing by 3 reps each round.

For time: Sandbag Run Relay
Partner 1 will run a down and back 200m sprint with a sandbag across the shoulders, then tag there partner to then do the same. Each partner will run two 200m runs
