    • Shoulder to OH (155 lbs / 105 lbs)

Workouts

Event Horizon: Cross the line. Get pulled into the unknown. Point of no return.

 

For Max Reps:

Partner 1 will do 3 thrusters and 3 burpees, then tag in there partner to do the same, only one person working at a time, the resting parnter is on the platform number.

Repeat this for as many reps as you can in the 18 min timecap

RX:

3 Thrusters (95/65)

3 Lateral Burpees over the bar

3 Thrusters

3 Lateral Burpees over the bar

6 Thrusters

6 Lateral Burpees over the bar

6 Thrusters

6 Lateral Burpees over the bar

.... and so on increasing by 3 reps each round.

 

Intermediate:

3 Thrusters (75/55)

3 Lateral Burpees over the bar

For time: Sandbag Run Relay

Partner 1 will run a down and back 200m sprint with a sandbag across the shoulders, then tag there partner to then do the same. Each partner will run two 200m runs

4x200m run (44/22)

Split reps however you want/ 1 Partner working at a time

For Time:

25 Front Squats (185/125)

20 Shoulder to Overheads (155/105)

A test of fine precision and gymnastics

For non syncro movements, one person working at a time. Partner that is not working is standing on the platform number and will be tagged in to work.

30 Wall Walks (to 10" tape from wall)

20 Single DB Front Rack Weighted Step Overs (50/35) (24" box)
