Max Knee Raise (1 rep) or Toe 2 Bar (2.5 reps) in remaining time

3 min window:

20 Deadlifts 80/65kg

30 DB (single) Box Step Overs 17.5/12.5kg

Max Knee Raise (1 rep) or Toe 2 Bar (2.5 reps) in remaining time

REST 1 MINUTE


3 min window:

15 Deadlifts 100/80kg

30 DB (single) Box Step Overs 17.5/12.5kg

Max Knee Raise (1 rep) or Toe 2 Bar (2.5 reps) in remaining time


Score = Total reps achieved over all 3 windows



PART A:

Every 2 minutes for 12 mins (6 rounds), Athletes will complete the following complex

1 Clean

1 Hang Clean

2 Shoulder to Overhead


ATHLETES ONLY HAVE ONE ATTEMPT EACH DURING THE 2 MIN.


Score = total weight accumulated over 12 mins. Athlete A+B lifts will be combined each round. 


PART B - ongoing throughout PART A: 

12 min max cals on the Ski Erg.

 

Score = Total calories



As many calories on the Ski erg in 12 minutes

Female:

35-25-15-10

Wall Balls - 6kg

Bike Cals

After each round, 30kg Dball carry - 1 lap / 2 laps / 3 laps / 4 laps


Score = time to complete

TIME CAP - 13 min
