30 Burpees to a plate (20kg)

20 S/A devils press 10kg
20 cal bike
AMRAP - Gymnastics
1/2 point Burpee JPU
1 point Burpee PU
2 point Burpee CTB
3 point Burpee BMU
You must state which option you are doing each set and can only change that once you swap with your partner.
Clean ladder
Weights.
All lifts start by doing 1 burpee.
- 25kg
- 30kg
- 40kg
- 47.5kg
- 55kg
- 60kg
- 70kg
Hollywood bar - 2 mins to hit a weight of your choice.
Format
3,2,1 GO!
- Both athletes have 45s to hit the lift
- Any clean is accepted
- 15s transition time to next bar
- If one athlete fails the other CAN continue
- Score is total of heaviest weight lifted by each athlete
- The burpee must be done before a lift can be attempted
- 2 mins is allowed on the Hollywood bar

60 Double Unders / 120 singles
50 KBS 16/12
40 partner sit ups
10 wall walks or 20 half wall walks
