Workouts
This event is set on an interval timer. Athletes will have two minutes to complete a stationary exercise and a travel exercise, earning rest when they are done. After four different rounds of exercises, they will have one final round that includes all stationary exercises and ends with an epic sprint.
A classic CG obstacle course that will test an Athlete’s athleticism through jumping, tossing, crawling, and climbing mixed with agility movements and body-weight exercises.
Athletes will complete three total laps. Each lap will become easier and easier with fewer sandbells to carry!
- Lap 1: Two sandbells
- Lap 2: One sandbell
- Lap 3: No sandbell
Athletes complete a series of exercises using a RAM and Sandbell. They will unlock their jump rope once they complete the exercises in Round 1, followed by a hard run and a 1-minute rest. After the rest, Athletes begin Round 2 with the RAM and Sandbell, and once they complete their jump ropes reps, they will sprint to the finish line.
