About This Competition

Be a part of the sixth season of ROW Series this November. Take on four challenging and motivating workouts suitable for all, alongside others from around the world!


  • One rowing workout released each week over 4 weeks
  • Suitable for all abilities and goals
  • All you need is a Concept2 rower, installed in all good gyms with a PM3, PM4, or PM5 monitor
  • Full conditions found on www.rowseries.com
  • Registration $20
  • Categories split by age, gender, and weight
