- Gymnastic and skill movements,
We recommend a competent level of common gymnastic movements found in the CrossFit Open such as, TTB, Wall Walks ,double-unders.
One workout has an option for Muscle ups, this can be one of the RX pairs or both partners can C2b or Pull up!
Everyday Division
- For Gymnastic movements
we recommend that all members to be competent at common scaled gymnastic movements and skills found in the CrossFit Open such as Hanging knee raises, Single-unders, scaled wall walks

At the start, between rounds and finish, 5 synchro burpee broad jump to line. (1m jump)

Ascending ladder (AMRAP 10) Movements 1 and 2 increase reps in 2’s. DU remain 20 each round
In lanes one athlete works at a time, one has to wait behind start line. Can swap at any point but have to run back and tag

· 2no Deadlifts (130Kg / 85Kg)

Workout 4- AMRAP 3x 3min windows with 1 min rest between rounds
In 3 minutes complete;
40 Wallballs (pairs to single target)
30 Cals AB
In remaining time ME PU (2 points) OR C2B (3 Points) OR MU (6 Points)
REST 1 MINUTE THEN REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES
