RX Standards:
All gymnastic movements, up to 90/65kg clean, up to 60/40kg snatch, rope climbs, HSPU's, DU's, Pistols.
SC Standards:
Pull ups (1 athlete only), up to 60/35kg clean, up to 40/25kg snatch, SU's.
Please note the weights listed are for multiple reps in a WOD.

NOTES:
Handstand walks:
- Only 1 athlete is required to complete the HSW. The HSW is split up in 3m segments.
- HSWs must always start under the rigg and walk towards the DBs at the end of the lane.
- Both hands must fully be over the line for the rep to be creditted.
Synchro DB movements:
- 1 DB will be used by each athlete
- Synchro will be at the top of each movement, devil press will also be at the bottom.
Pull ups, C2B & BMU format:
- All rig work MUST be completed like the below format. Meaning you are not allowed to share any of the reps on the rig unless it states synchro.
A1 = 15 Pull ups
A1 & A2 = 15 Sycnhro pull ups
A2 = 15 Pull ups
- Will allow athletes to wait at the top of the BMU for other athlete to get up.

NOTES:
- Only 1 athlete needs to complete the 60 single skips. They can be shared if you wish
- All DB movements are synchro at the top. Devil press will also be at the bottom.
- An ab mat must be used for sit ups, synchro is at point of touching the feet.
- Ring Row: Feet must be in line with the rig and legs must be straight. Athlete will pull rings to their chest and extend their arm fully out on return. Both athletes must complete a set of 15 ring rows.
- Jumping Pull ups: Bar must be 8 inches away from head. A Box or plate will be used to jump off if bar is too high. Athlete must jump their chin fully over the bar and return with straight arms before starting the next rep. Both athletes must complete a set of 10 Jumping pull ups.
- Pull ups: Any athlete can complete the 2 x 5 set of pull ups. These can be kipping, strict or butterfly. For rep to count the athlete must start with both feet off the floor and chin fully over the bar to finish.
