You should be able to complete all 'CrossFit Open' workouts RX.
The below standards are a GUIDELINE - not an extensive list.

SCORING EXAMPLE:
*completing ANY muscle ups will rank you HIGHER than an athlete completing ALL the chest to bar pull ups*
1st place: 4:30 (completing all muscle ups)
2nd place: 6:59 (completing all muscle ups)
3rd place: 13 reps (completing 800m run (8 reps) + 5 muscle ups)
4th place: 9 reps (completing 800m run (8 reps) + 1 muscle up)
5th place: 4:30 (completing all chest to bar)
6th place: 20 reps (completiong 800m run (8 reps) + 12 chest to bar)
