About This Competition

The online qualifier will be hosted April 14th to the 22nd. The registration deadline will be April 22nd at 8pm when all scores for the workouts will be due. There will be four total workouts and they will not need to be performed in any particular order. The leaderboard will remain blind until April 19th. Scores will be published and this will give athletes time to redo workouts.

The in person competition will be held at the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center in Anderson, SC in June on the 27th to the 29th of 2025. All divisions will compete the afternoon of the 27th until the afternoon of the 29th. Podium cermonies will happen as the divisions finish their final workout.

 

What to expect at the Southeast Invitational:

When athletes arrive they will experience a professional event that mirrors what it is like to compete at larger CrossFit competitions such as a Semifinal or WZA. The floor will be designed to tell the progression of the workouts so that both athletes and spectators can follow along and stay engaged. 

Programming will be challenging, and age group appropriate, as the goal is to provide that upper level experience for our athletes. All while keeping it fun and producing opportunites for those end of workout races that get everyone amped up.

 

MOVEMENT EXPECTATIONS:

Squat and Deadlift barbell cycling up to:

  • Individual & 35-39: (225/155)
  • 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 & 60+: (185/125)

Olympic Weightlifting barbell cycling up to:

  • Individual & 35-39: (185/125)
  • 40-44 & 45-49: (155/105)
  • 50-54 & 55-59: (135/95)
  • 60+: (115/75)

All Divisions:

  • Toes to bar
  • Pull up, Chest to Bar, Bar Muscle Up
  • Double Unders
  • Wall Walks

Handstand Push Ups:

  • Individual, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49: Strict
  • 50-54, 55-59, 60+: Kipping
