Workout Flow
At 3.2.1 athlete 1 will start 1 full round of 5 DB push press 5 front squats 7 T2B, Athlete 2 Will start on the echo bike. Athletes will switch after every round and continue until calories are complete. This is a 2 scored workout, Calories for time & Reps in 12 Minutes.
Extra notes: Once bike is complete athletes will continue alternating Rounds until 12 minutes are complete for total reps.
