About This Competition
Join us for The Freakshow! CrossFit Full Sail's partner in-house competition!
Some say we're weird. We say we've found our tribe. It's time to celebrate our hard work and let's get our freak on!
*One team member must be a current member at CrossFit Full Sail*
We will have three team divisions ⭐RX, Scaled, and Masters; male/female for each. There will be awesome swag, sponsors, and cash prizes for each podium winner!
Workouts will be released towards the end of July.

Workouts
Partner 1: In 1:30, 20' Yoke Carry. In the remaining time, sandbag over the yoke (partner to partner)
Partner 2: In 1:30, 20' Yoke Carry. In the remaining time, sandbag over the yoke (partner to partner).
RX Men: 295# Yoke & 125# Sandbag
RX Women: 155# Yoke & 80# Sandbag
Workout Flow RX & Masters
Both athletes will start behind the 20' line. Partner 1 will carry the yoke and CLEAR the 20' line. While athlete 1 carries the yoke, athlete 2 carries the sandbag past the 20' line. Once the yoke and sandbag have cleared the line, athletes can begin working on getting the sandbag over the yoke. At 1:30, partners will switch. Partner 2 will carry the yoke 20' while partner 1 will carry the sandbag. Once the yoke and sandbag have cleared the 20' line, athletes can work on getting the sandbag over the yoke in the remaining 1:30.
Athletes' score is the number of sandbags over the yoke.
Workout Flow Scaled
Scaled athletes will be doing a strongman farmers carry.
Scaled Men: 72# Strongman Bar & 100# Sandbag over Yoke
Scaled Women: 52# Strongman Bar & 70# Sandbag over Yoke
Both athletes will start behind the 20' line. Partner 1 will carry the strongman bars past the 20' mark while Athlete 1 holds the sandbag at the yoke. Once partner 1 passes the line, they will run over to the yoke where they can start their sandbag over the yoke. At the 1:30, partners will switch. Partner 2 will carry the strongman bars 20' while partner 1 is holding the sandbag at the yoke. Athletes will accumulate reps in the remaining time.
Athletes' score is the number of sandbags over the yoke.
