About This Competition

Inner Box Battle 2025 is around the corner! Grab a partner (same sex) and get signed up! Early bird registration is discounted until 4/17. Regular sign up will run until May 4th. 

This year Byram will host the battle between the three Strong Together gym’s. We’re hoping for a nice day with outside set-up for warming up & hanging out. Bring a pop-up tent, chairs & whatever food and beverages will get you through the competition. 

A few vendors will be set up, so make sure you stop by and check them out! 

If you'd like to purchase anything on this day, please have cash on hand. 

 

There will be three workouts, a floater wod & a final workout with the top 3 teams of each division. 

Divisions Include RX, Scaled, Masters RX & Masters Scaled - Masters is age 50+


Below are movements & weights that should be used as a guide to determine your division (not everything listed may be used, plus other movements may be added)
