When will the workouts be released?
We love the CrossFit notion of being prepared for the Unknown and Unknowable. HOWEVER, we recognise that most like to be somewhat prepared.
Sooo... We plan to release Most of the Workouts by the 6th of September. (5 days before the comp) This will allow competitors to understand the workout and movement standards but not practice the workouts over and over again.
what else can I expect?
Over the years we have prided ourselves on creating innovative workouts, an amazing atmosphere, and some extras. In the past, we have seen things such as:
Giant Hay Bales in a workout
Axel Bars
Heavy Drag ropes
Sandbag Runs
An onsite cafe
Our team is working exceptionally hard on continuing to push the boundaries on what we are capable of.
In Addition, we are looking at Handing out some PRO CARD invitations to provide tough competition for our advanced guys and gals and hand out some serious Prize money.
Refund policy: If something else comes up we totally understand. If you need to pull out we are happy to refund your registration up to two weeks before the event OR you can substitute to someone in the same category.
