Gymnasium Hyrox Simulation
About This Competition
This HYROX-style simulation is built to challenge full-body endurance, mental resilience, and partner coordination. Working in pairs, athletes will move through a series of cardio stations (run, ski, bike) and functional movements that mirror the demands of a real HYROX race. All runs will be completed together, while the remaining work will be either synchronised or evenly split, depending on the division. Expect a test of pacing, strategy, and teamwork from start to finish.
Key Challenges Athletes will face several demanding elements throughout the simulation, including Farmers Carry, Backwards Sled Pull. In addition, teams will push through high-rep lunges, burpees, and wall balls, testing grit, composure, and teamwork under fatigue.
Heats start every 10 minutes with 4 pairs per heat, allowing for smooth flow and manageable floor space. Smart pacing and slick transitions are essential.
