WOD 1 – Crazy Eights
AMRAP 8:00
8 wall balls
8 db g2oh
8 calorie bike
Rx’d… M-20# @ 10’, F-14# @ 9’… M-50#, F-35#
Scaled/55+… M-14# @ 10’, F-10# @ 9’… M-35#, F-20#
WOD Format:
Athletes must rotate movements for 8:00… partner 1 does wall balls, partner 2 does db g2oh, partner 1 bikes and that completes round 1; then partner 2 does wall balls, partner 1 does db g2oh, partner 2 bikes… and so on for total reps in 8:00.



WOD 2 – Pulling My Chain
EMOM 10:00
3 ground to overhead + max meters
Rx’d… M-135#, F-95#
Scaled/55+… M-105#, F-70#
WOD Format:
Athlete 1 works @ minutes 0:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, 8:00
Athlete 2 works @ minutes 1:00, 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, 9:00
Score = total meters rowed in 10:00



WOD 3 – Relay This…
For Time… capped 7:00
100 bjsd
100 pull-ups
100 burpees
Rx’d… M-24”(must jump), chin over bar pull-ups, F-20”(must jump), chin over bar pull-ups
Scaled/55+… M-24”(step-up allowed), ring row if cannot pull-up, F-20”(step-up allowed), ring row if cannot pull-up
WOD Format:
This is a relay race…
-Teams must start on one side of the gym (dumbbell side)
-Athlete 1 must run across gym and execute no more than 10 repetitions of any of the listed movements, then run back and “tag” partner… then partner must run across the gym and execute no more than 10 repetitions of any of the listed movements.
-This pattern continues until all 300 repetitions are completed, or up until the 7:00 time cap.



Overall Division Winners are exactly that… but there will be a final WOD for top categorical teams in all 3 Divisions (see below)… this will crown an overall winner of the day.

Top M/M teams in all 3 Divisions
Top F/M teams in all 3 Divisions

Barbell Thruster Ladder Sprint
For time… no cap
Athlete 1 – 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Athlete 2 – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Rx’d… M-115#, F-75#
Scaled/55+… M-85#, F-55#
WOD Format:
-Only 1 barbell per team… Athletes must figure out the best way to transition b/t sets
-Athlete 1 does one rep, Athlete 2 does 10… that pattern continues until ladder is complete
-Collars are required for reps to count
