5 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

*2 Footed jump and landing on burpees over the bar

After each round of Front Squats one athlete will perform 5 Bar over Burpees, Athletes will switch each round for burpees

NOVICE

Ascending Reps starting at 2 Reps going up by 1 rep each round

Synchro Front Squats (95/65)

5 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

*Athletes may step over the Bar on Burpees
