About This Competition
Its that time if year again!!!
Come on out and test your skills in a friendly competitive atmosphere. Whether you are new to the functional fitness world or have been doing CrossFit for years, this competition is for you. We have both beginner and intermediate divisions for those just starting out as well as those who have been in the game for a while but have never competed or have only competed one or two times.
Beginner Level must have NO MORE than two competitions under there belt. This athlete is a scaled athlete performing most workouts with modified movements.
Intermediate must have NO MORE than 3 competitions and perform most workouts as RX.
Honesty is respected and encouraged so all athletes have a fair advantage.
Beginner Required Standards:
Box Step Ups 24/20
Jumping Pull Ups
14/10 lb WB
35/20 lb DB
Intermediate Required Standards:
Box Jumps 24/20
Pull Ups (with full extenstion and chin over rig)
20/14 lb WB
50/35 lb DB
Both divisions are expected to know how to Clean and Jerk. Weights will be individually scored.
All standards are the same for all masters athletes.
