About This Competition
🧟♀️ Monster Mash Up 2023 🧌
Join us for a Co-Ed Intermediate Competition with a fun twist! 🧙♀️
Expect 3 challenging workouts and a final showdown for the top 3 teams. Each heat is scheduled for one hour, accommodating all 3 workouts with short breaks in between. No gymnastics will be involved!
Costumes are a must! 🎃 We'll even reward the "best costume" with a prize.
Stay tuned for the release of workout details during the week of the competition. While we can't offer refunds, you can substitute athletes until registration closes.

20 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
20 Hang Cleans 75/55
Versatile rep splitting is allowed.
For Burpees over Bar:
Ensure your chest and thighs touch the floor.
Stepping is permitted.
A rep is counted when you clear the bar.
Hang Cleans:
Start with an established hang position.
Open your hips and bring your elbows in front of the bar for a valid rep." 💪🔥🏋️♂️
40 One Arm Alternating Synchro Devils Press 35/20
60 Box Jump Overs 24/20
Synchronize Devils Press: Both athletes must lock out the dumbbell at the top together for a completed rep. It's all about teamwork and timing.
Box Jump Overs: Flexible strategy – split them as your team sees fit. Ensure both feet touch the top of the box for a successful jump.
