Come join us and test your mettle at The 2nd Currahee Trials! We are thrilled to have you as part of this exciting event.

Sign in is 7-8am
Rules/Event Flow at 8am
Event 1 Starts at 9am

Please make sure to arrive on time for the event.

Refunds will be available until September 27th. At which point your registration can not be refunded but can still be transferred to someone else.

3 min AMRAP
Max Reps Sandbag Over Bar
Bar Heights: Rx- 54"/48", Scaled- 48"/40"
Sandbag Weights: Rx- 150lbs, Scaled- 125lbs
At "3...2...1... Go!" athletes will have 3 minutes to lift their sandbag over the bar as many times as possible. Athletes will be facing each other on opposite sides of the bar so they can move the bar back and forth. Sandbag must touch the ground before being returned back over the bar. Tiebreak time is when the team has completed 10 reps.
4 Rounds For Time:
100m Sprint Uphill with 44/22lbs Sandbag
15/12 cal SkiErg
100m Sprint Downhill with 44/22lbs Sandbag
*Scaled athletes will perform 12/9 cals
At "3...2...1... Go!" Partner A will begin a 100m Sprint Uphill with a 44lbs Sandbag for Men and a 22lbs Sandbag for Women. They will then complete 15 cals on the SkiErg. Once they finish their calories they will pick up their Sandbag and run downhill back to the start. Partner B will then repeat the same movements. This will continue until 4 rounds have been completed (2 per partner).
More details to be announced, BUT it will be a gymnastics obstacle course. There will be an Rx and Scaled course. Be prepared for anything gymnastics.
