SDA Open
About This Competition
Welcome to the SDA open. Spotty Dog Athletics first online competition!
The competition will consist of three workouts, each being released on our social media pages. Each workout will be released on the friday of that week with the submission deadline the following friday shortly before the next workout is released (details below).
Required equipment:
Rig, Wall ball (9/6kg), Skipping rope, Olympic bar with assortment of weights, Dumbbells (22.5/15kg), box, rower.
RX and scaled divisions are available. The scaled division is designed for those wanting to compete for the first time with limited experience in functional fitness. In the RX division the most complicated movements are double unders and toes to bar so if you can do these movements RX is for you. Dumbbell weights will be the same for both divisions but RX will require two dumbbells. A basic understanding of olympic lifting is required but there are no perscribed weights so lift what you're able to.

Video proof will be required for each workout submission with the videos uploaded to youtube. Wodproof is the preferred app for recording. Ensure that all videos are visible on youtube with the link to ensure that we can verify scores.
Event T-shirts are available for purchase so ensure you're kitted out for the event.
