Event:1 Strength
4 min to find 2 rep max back squat

1 min max reps dumbbell push press 50lb for men 25lbs for women

1 min AMRAP goblet Squat men 70lbs women 50lbs
Two lanes, send two people at a time to move through
Event 2: Deka Rox
1000m run (4 laps)
Sled push pull 60m (2xs down and back) 4 plates guys, 3 plates girls
500m run (2 laps)
50 wall balls
160m run (1 loop)
30m KB walking lunges (40lb males, 25lb for females)
250m farmers carry (50lb guys, 30lbs for ladies)
20 over the shoulder (60lb male, 40lb female)
20 ram burpees (44lb male. 22 lb female)
Event 3: Assault Train
12 min AMCAP
Row, ski, bike changing every 4 minutes. You will get 30s between machines to adjust dampers, foot plates and seat height. Roll over calories will count.
Score is total calories
Cost is $60 individual or $100 for teams
Prices will increase October 27th to $70 for individual or $120 for teams
This event is no refunds however you can transfer your registration to someone else if you cannot make it.

The event is the same for teams. You can both chip away at max lift. The score taken will be the heaviest weight lifted for 2 consectuive reps.
For Max reps: Both can particpate but only one person can go at a time. Must use same dumbells. Cannot be on standby with another set of weights.
