WODPROOF x STAY MOTIVATED TEAM BATTLE x NOCCO

TEAM, LET'S #STAYMOTIVATED TOGETHER!

GRAB A PARTNER, AN ICECOLD NOCCO AND GET READY FOR THE 6 TEAM WORKOUTS OVER 2 WEEKS.

YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO MEET, SINCE EVERY WORKOUT CAN BE DONE ALONE AND SHOULD BE DONE SOCIALLY DISTANCED. HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND DOING THE WORKOUTS TOGETHER WITH YOUR PARTNER OVER A VIDEO CHAT TO HAVE MORE OF A "TEAM WORKOUT FEELING". (BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO)

NO EQUIPMENT, VIDEO OR JUDGE REQUIREMENTS. JUST RESPECT THE MOVEMENT STANDARDS AND BE HONEST TO YOURSELF + THE COMMUNITY!

HOWEVER YOU CAN USE THE WODPROOF APP WITH OUR LOGO (HOW COOL IS THAT?) TO FILM AND SHARE YOUR WORKOUTS ON INSTAGRAM. DON'T FORGET TO TAG US (@FOERDECROSSFIT) AND USE THE HASHTAG #STAYMOTIVATED AND/OR #STAYMOTIVATEDTEAMBATTLE.

YOU HAVE AS MUCH ATTEMPTS AS YOU LIKE WITHIN THE 20 MINUTE TIME WINDOW, BUT YOU HAVE TO DO THE MOVEMENTS IN THE DESIGNATED ORDER - NO SWITCHING. ONCE YOU STARTED/ATTEMPTED THE NEXT MOVEMENT IN LINE YOU CAN'T COME BACK.

 

SCORE: ADDED TIMES OF ALL FOUR MOVEMENTS FROM BOTH ATHLETES.

ANY OTHER SEGMENTATION IS NOT PERMITTED.
