We bring you ''The Tag Team Edition''
Teams of 2 - M\M & F/F

Registration is open to athletes of ALL levels.

[[ DATES ]]
The Online Event will consist of THREE workouts to be performed inside a TEN-day window.

November 16th - November 25th

[[ DIVISIONS ]]
There are TWO divisions -
- Heavy Hitters ( Snatch over 80/55kg - Clean & Jerk Over 100/70kg )
- Lightweight ( The only skill needed in Single Unders )

[[ WINNERS ]]
The TOP 4 Teams ( MALE & FEMALE ) will be invited to compete in a Weightlifting Style FACE OFF at The Aussie Throwdown Finals on January 20th in Melbourne.

What is the FACE OFF?

In each category, the top 4 will perform a workout where both winning teams will move STRAIGHT INTO (No Rest or Minimal Rest) The Final. **NO MORE THAN 20mins IN TOTAL

It will be SHORT & EXCITING to watch & to be in.

Winner VS Winners.

No substitutes will be allowed

[[ PRIZES ]]
$6 per team registered will go towards prize money.
Each winning team at the finals will receive a pair of tickets to the Australian Open.

The workouts will ALL be released by tomorrow.

Workouts

[[ 8 Minutes To Find MAX SNATCH ]]

- 15 Syncro Wall Balls before each Snatch
- Athletes must state if one or both athletes will attempt that weight
- Athletes must perform 15 Syncro Wall Balls everytime weight changes
( The weight can be changed before or after the wall balls )
- Any kind of Snatch is allowed
- Standard Wall Ball 14lbs/6kg 

Your score is the heaviest lift performed by each athlete COMBINED.
For Total Weight

EMOM 10:00
20 Double Unders + Clean and Jerk
*Alternate minutes with partner

**Lightweight division --> 20 Single Unders + Clean & Jerk

RULES
1. Athlete’s alternate each minute. Eg- Athlete 1 works minute 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and Athlete 2 works minute 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Only one athlete may work within their respective minute block.

2. Each minute block begins with the athlete completing 20 Double Unders. The athlete then has the remainder of the minute to complete a Clean and Jerk. The athlete may attempt as many Clean and Jerks as they would like within the minute.

3. Any type of Clean and Jerk will be allowed – Muscle, Power, Squat or Split.

4. Only one barbell may be used.

5. The lift must be completed in its entirety before the time cap for the repetition to count.

6. The barbell MAY be pre-loaded prior to the start of the event.

7. Both athletes may change the weights on the barbell. Athletes may also change weights for their partner while they are completing Double Unders.

8. Clips MUST be used, and weights MUST NOT be placed outside the clips.

9. The score will be the combined weight for the heaviest successful Clean and Jerk from each athlete.

EVENT 3 - THE TOTAL

“CrossFit Total”
4:00 to find 1RM Back Squat
4:00 to find 1RM Overhead Press
4:00 to find 1RM Deadlift

RULES
1. Both partners will find their 1RM lift within each respective time frame.

2. Only one barbell may be used.

3. The lift must be completed in its entirety before the time cap for the repetition to count.

4. The barbell MAY NOT be pre-loaded prior to the start of the event.

5. Both athletes may change the weights on the barbell.

6. Clips MUST be used, and weights MUST NOT be placed outside the clips.

7. Athletes may not move on to the next lift until the allotted time has expired. IE- they cannot begin the Overhead Press until the 4:00 allotted to the Back Squat has passed.

8. The score is the combined weight of each lift.
