About This Competition

ᴡɪᴛɴᴇꜱꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ꜰɪᴛɴᴇꜱꜱ
Well done to everyone who took part in and submitted a score in our fitness competition. You all smashed it! Workout 2 will be the EXACT same as workout 1 although this time your score will be based on your improvement from the first workout! You have just over a month to get in the gym and get fitter for the second workout which will be taking place from the 2nd to the 5th of December! Good luck everyone!
At Claymore Crossfit we are passionate about our community ending this year in the best physical and mental shape possible. Whether you want an extra push in your already awesome training regime or alternatively you are just wanting to feel good in your Christmas jumper, we invite you to take part in our Witness the Fitness competition.

The event is open to all members, ages, abilities and is designed to give everyone an EQUAL CHANCE of winning. After Registration the competitor list will be reviewed by our Team and workouts will be issued.
**DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED ** THIS COMP IS FOR EVERYONE. YES! THAT MEANS YOU!
Lets all work towards ending 2021 on a high!
Registration Costs £10 and depending on how many of us sign up will depend on winnings :) if 20 then £200 will be in the pot for winning just before Christmas!
KEY DATES
Registration opens 30th September on Competition Corner and Closes 15th October.
Qualifying Workout will be issued on Monday 18th October and must be received by Video Sunday 24th October. We will have the workout as part of our classes on Thursday 21st October if you want to do it in class.
Our finals workout is to be submitted by December 5th if you wish to submit your final workout by Video. Alternatively, the final workout will again be part of the classes on Thursday 2nd December with the support of others and some loud music!

You have just over 1 month to get fitter, faster and stronger to make up as much time as possible.
The time you put in your score will be the difference in time between Workout 1 & Workout 2.
