About This Competition

We’re back for another Hallow Hopper!! FitFarm Midtown will be our location once again!


Here’s a quick rundown of the Hallow Hopper 2023 with further details being posted in the discussion comments...

1. Teams of 2 - Rx&Scaled F/F and M/M - Intermediate F/M ($140 per team early registration before Sept 25, $160 per team after Sept 25)
2. Scaled, Intermediate and RX Divisions - Standards below!
3. Each team will compete in 4 events + a floater, with 6 scores counted. Floater "options" will be posted in the discussion comments at a later time.
4. Every competitor gets a killer t-shirt/tank top and other free swag!
5. All podium finishers will get to pick from some sweet prizes and RX 1st & 2nd place finishers get CASH!
6. Event runtime will depend on the number of teams registered. Plan for most of the day 8AM-4PM at FitFarm Midtown. Athlete Packet including Heat Times, Lane Assignments, Event Schedule, etc. will be released in the comments.
7. Expect 8-12 teams in each division (50-60 teams total). The event will be capped at 60 teams.
8. CrossFit’s "Hopper" model will be used in some capacity just like past years. As well as a different style of "Hopper" for the event order. Look it up if you are not familiar, and check out the videos below for a better description of how the Hopper will work.

To successfully move on, each athlete must hit at least 1 Rep and one partner successfully cleans 1 additional repitition.

1 min clock w/ :15 transition

**Tiebreak #1, successful athlete w/2 reps can move to the next bar and accumulate 2 reps at each bar until unsuccessful

**Tiebreak #2, a team that successfully completes 3 reps at the final bar, may complete as many Front Squats as possible at the final bar without dropping the bar after the final clean is completed.
