About This Competition

LATAM CLASSIC
Aparece  con la iniciativa de una competencia indoor en linea donde el cual atletas de toda la region Sur Americana  podran inscribirse para medirse contra otros. 
fortificando la union , la comunidad y la solidaridad entre todos, en tiempos dificiles como ahora debido al COVID-19.
Este indoor online challenge/Throwdown trae como fin el recaudar fondos y donaciones voluntarias por parte de la comunidad y sus atletas, para destinar a lugares de bajos recursos y sociedad mas vulnerables , que esten afrontando la actual pandemia.
LATAM CLASSIC  ahora en busca de la union y el poder ayudar a quienes hoy mas lo necesitan.
siendo un online challenge de 7 Dias y contara con 5 diferentes pruebas (WODS) donde podras retar amigos  o a tus training partners, dar a ver de que en la lejania , tambien estamos juntos. 
saldremos de esta juntos , mas fuertes y con una vision mas grande a el mañana.

Remaining time : Hand release Push ups

 

El workout comienza en el 3, 2, 1 … go, y el atleta deberá empezar la primer ronda de 1 minuto y 30 segundos en la que deberá realizar : 8 Burpees, 8 Squats y 8 Sit-ups. En el tiempo restante deberá realizar la mayor cantidad de Hand release push-ups.

El cronómetro debe reiniciar cada 1:30, por 8 rondas, dando así un total de 12 Minutos.

El Score será la mayor cantidad de hand release push-ups acumuladas en las rondas del atleta.

*Si el atleta no logra completar los 8 Burpees + 8 Squats + 8 Sit-Ups en el 1:30 Mins su workout habrá terminado y no podrá continuar a la siguiente ronda.
