About This Competition
Welcome to the 1st annual Halloween Havoc!

KinFolk Fitness, Home of KF CrossFit in Huntington serves the entire Tri-State Area as an affiliate of excellence. We have powerful goals of community improvement, personal achievement, and, most importantly, the strength of family.
We are thrilled you want attend our event. The competition will be same sex, two person teams. Grab your costume and join us. We hope you win one of the prizes!
You can choose to compete in one of 3 of our Divisions:
- RX
- Masters
- Scaled

When clock hits 8 you have 4 minutes to find a 1 Rep Max Snatch.

8 Reps - 135/115/95
6 Reps - 145/135/115
4 Reps - 155/145/125
2 Reps - 175/155/135
Women's Weights Rx/Masters/Scaled
10 Reps - 65/55/35
8 Reps - 95/65/45
6 Reps - 100/75/55
4 Reps - 105/85/65
2 Reps - 110/95/75
Each athlete must complete 1/2 the reps of each set before switching with partner(Ex in first set of 10 Partner A does 5 reps, Partner B does 5 reps. continuing this pattern until set reps are done and ladder is complete.)
Each team will be responsible for loading/unloading of their weights.

Score part A: will be time to completed or number of reps completed if ladder is not finished
Score part B: Total of pairs heaviest successful attempts
