About This Competition

SEND’ER DOWN HUEY 2025


SEND’ER DOWN HUEY 2025. Soak up the atmosphere, while enjoying the beautiful coastal area of Ulladulla.
Same sex pairs and mixed pairs will compete across four workouts, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. Open and RX divisions are available. Three workouts will be released prior to the event, with one workout to be released on the day.


Movement requirements include:
Rowing
Dumbbell Movements
Clean and Jerk varying in weight
Kettle Bell Movements
Body Weight Movements

Prizes for podium place getters, Name Boards and Shirts for all teams.
Shirt Order and Team board will be submitted prior to December 20th 2024, To ensure shirt sizing and team board, registration and size must be completed prior to this date.

Beach Front Workout:

3 Rounds 

Breakwall Plate Run

40 Plate Lunges Shared

40 Plate Push Ups Shared

 

Run is completed together with one partner carrying the plate, the plate carried can be shared but only one person holding it at a time.

The plate lunges and push ups can be completed by either partner with one person working one person resting.

 

Plate Push Ups, chest must touch the plate.
