Workouts
- 500m Ski / 500m Row / 1000m Bike (EACH)
- On go athlete 1 performs the above rep range
- As soon as a machine is free the next person can start
- Clock stops once athlete 3 has finished the 1000m Bike
- Screens will be set by the judging team
- Score is two parts
- Part A - Total Team Time
- Part B - First Athlete Time

AMRAP12
Rounds of Mini DT @ 50/35kg
9 Deadlifts / 6 Hang Cleans / 3 STOH
How it works:
• On go Athlete 1 will perform a maximum of 3 rounds of Mini DT
• On completion of the final round the Athlete MUST perform a 200m recovery run
• As soon as the bar is free the next Athlete can begin their rounds of Mini DT
• An Athlete can go on the recovery run after 1 round or 2 rounds if 3 is too many
• However, if an Athlete starts a round of Mini DT they must finish it before they can go on the recovery run freeing up the bar for the next Athlete
• Score is rounds of Mini DT
• The run serves as an inconvenience and does not contribute to your score
- On go Athlete 1 performs 9 Cal Row / 6 Box Overs / 3 Sandbag Cleans and then tags Athlete 2
- Step overs are permitted, you do not have to jump
- Each athlete completes this triplet 2 times each ensuring partners are tagged each round
- Upon completion of the 6th total round a relay sprint will start
- Athlete 1 will perform a 200m run which is completed once Athlete 2 is tagged
- This process is repeated until all athletes have completed one run
- Score is the time taken
The Long Jump!
We couldn’t have an Olympic standard sand pit and not use it could we? And come on, have you ever seen this before?
How it works:
- Jump as far as you can into the sand pit
- There will be a 10m run up
- Each Team gets 3 minutes to complete their jumps
- You can have as many attempts as the time permits
- Score will be the total (in metres) of each Team Members longest jump combined
- To make it easier to score you will just have to jump before the sand with no foul line prior to that (shown in the third picture if you swipe)

How it works:
• On go Athletes 1 & 2 perform 20 worm STOH & 15 sync over worm burpees
• Athlete 3 is accumulating C2 Bike Calories
• Once Athletes 1 & 2 have finished the burpees you must switch
• Athletes 1 & 3 will perform 20 worm squats & 15 sync over worm burpees
• Athlete 2 is accumulating C2 Bike Calories
• Once Athletes 1 & 3 have finished the burpees you must switch
• Athletes 2 & 3 will perform 20 worm thrusters & 15 sync over worm burpees
• Athlete 1 is accumulating C2 Bike Calories
• Once the final burpees are complete all athletes will accumulate max C2 Bike Calories with changes permitted as frequently as you wish
• Your score is C2 Bike Calories
• If you don’t finish the worm reps then where you were at the timecap is what your score will be
• The order above is only a suggested order, as long as each athlete has completed two worm movements you can go in any order you choose
• Worm is at 50/75kg
