Fittest in Palmy ‘26 is a standalone fitness competition hosted at Team Taurus, built to test a complete athlete, not just strength or engine alone, but your ability to perform across multiple domains under pressure.
Event Details:
You’ll take on a demanding “for time” test featuring:
- 1000m Run
- 30 Back Squats
- 1000m Row
- 30 Deadball to Shoulder
- 2000m Bike
- 30 Bench Press
- 1000m Ski
- 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Weights and movements will vary depending on division
Divisions:
- Advanced
- Open
- Novice
Whether you’re an experienced competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, there’s a division for you.
