About This Competition

Welcome to Power Output Challenge, the annual competition in San Antonio brought to you by Elite CrossFit. This year's event will take place on September 11, 2021 at Wheatley Heights Sports Complex in San Antonio, Texas. Our goal is to bring the best athletes to San Antonio to not only demonstrate their talents, but to challenge and prepare them for the upcoming Open Season. We are proud to be a part of the this great community and hope to make this a fun, safe and entertaining event for years to come!

SPECTATOR TICKETS: $15 online or $20 at the door.

PARKING: FREE

Kids 12 and younger are free!

NO REFUNDS. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you register and you are not able to compete, you will NOT be allowed to have someone take your spot. You will forfeit your registration fee and your spot. The next person on the waiting list will fill your spot.

8:00am-3:30pm POC Challenges

4:00pm-5:00pm Awards

Scoring will be online via Conquest. You may also download the Conquest app for IOS or Android.

120 Box Jump Over (Scaled-step ups allowed)

30 feet Handstand Walk (male 2)

120 Medicine Ball Over Shoulder 

30 feet Handstand Walk (female 1)

120 Pistols (scaled: 55/35 KB Reverse lunges)

30 feet Handstand Walk (female 2)

*As a team they complete 1 run thru. No minimum requirement on repetitions, only one athlete can work at a time, and all teammates will Handstand Walk once.
