Türkiye’nin en büyük salon içi Fonksiyonel Fitness yarışması 19-20 Mart 2022 tarihinde Ankara CrossFit BackStreet’de yapılıyor.

Toplam 112 takım 224 Atlet en iyisi benim demek için savaşacak.

Kendi sınırlarını gör, en iyilerle yarış. Bu mükemmel atmosferi kaçırma!!!

Bu antrenman ile Türkiye’deki sıranızı kendiniz belirleyip sıranıza göre kategoride yarışacaksınız💪

Bu sayede alt kategoride yarışmaların ve kafadaki acaba bir üst kategoride yarışabilirmiydim soruları da böylelikle bir son bulacak.

Türkiye’de ilk dünyada daha önce yapıldımı bilmediğimiz bu yeni uygulamanın yarışlara daha başka bir heyecan katacağını düşünüyoruz.

Master Erkek-Erkek kategorisi;
40+ master kategorisinin gereksinimlerini sağlayan atletler bütün kategorilerde yarışabilirler.(Örn.: Master 35-39)

Beginner Kadın-Kadın kategorisi;
profesyonel olarak spor eğitmeni olmayan ve daha önce başka yarışmalarda yarışıp ilk 5’e giremeyen arkadaşlarımız için açılmıştır aksi halde finale katılamayacaklardır.

With Battle of Anatolia, we are now entering a new era in competitions;

Your performance in the online qualifying training will determine your category, not you!!!
With this workout, you will determine your rank in Turkey and compete in the category based on your rank. 💪

In this way, competing in a lower category and the question that "Could I compete in the upper category?" will come to an end.

We think that this new approach, which is first in Turkey and we do not know if it has been done before in the world, will add another excitement to the competitions.

Quarter Final Workout


“ Deniz Akman “

For as long as possible in a 2:00 window

In 2:00 complete;

6 Thrusters 20/15 (empty barbell)
6 Lateral burpee over bar
6 Power Snatch
6 Lateral burpee over bar

Add 2:00 after completing a full round.

Men-5/5=10 kg increments after each round
Women-2,5/2,5=5 kg increments after each round


2:00 içerisinde repleri tamamlayanlar wod süresine 2:00 ekleyecekler.

Sahip oldukları süre içerisinde replerini tamamladıkları müddetçe bu sistem devam edecek, yetişmediği yerde wod bitecektir.

Atletlerin yeni round’a başlamak için 2:00’nın dolmasını beklemeleri gerekmemektedir.

Erkekler 5/5 - 10 kg’lik artışlar, kadınlar 2,5/2,5 - 5 kg’lik artışlarla ilerleyecekler.

 

Antrenman kadın ve erkek olimpik boş barla başlar, her round bitiminde yeni rounda baslamadan erkekler olimpik plakalarla 5’er kg yani 10 kg, kadınlar ise 2,5’ar kg yani toplam 5 kg ağırlık arttırarak devam edecekler

Kadınların 2. Round bittikten sonra 3. Rounda olimpik 5 kg lık plaka takıp başlamaları gerekmektedir.

Antrenman süresince ağırlıkları atlet değiştirir ekipmanlara başka bir kişi dokunamaz. Klips takmak zorunludur.

Extend the time cap by 2:00 minutes each time you complete all reps before the time cap.

This system continues as long as the athlete completes each round within a time cap of 2 minutes * number of rounds. The cut off is when the athlete fails to meet this time.

Athletes do not need to wait for the 2:00 per round mark to start a new round: the remaining time from the previous round is added to the next.

Men will use 5+5=10kg increments for each round while women will add 2.5+2.5=5kg.

The workout begins with empty olympic barbells for men(20kg) and women(15kg). Upon the completion of each round men will add 5kg to each side of the barbell for a total of 10kg, using olympic bumper plates. Women will add 2.5kg to each side for a total of 5kg for each round.

Women will continue with 5kg olympic bumper plates for round 3, after round 2.

The athlete adjusts the weights on his/her own and no one else will be allowed to interfere with the equipment. Using barbell collars is an obligation.
