RX:
Both athletes have 20 sec to snatch and then 10 sec to change weight
Females:
Start at 115 lb and increase by 10 lb
Once athletes reach 165, increase by 5 lb until reaching the max of 185
Males:
Start at 165 and increase 10 lb each round until reaching the max of 265
Tiebreak for those who finish the ladder: if you finish the last snatch you will do max reps of OHS at the last weight
INTERMEDIATE:
Both athletes have 20 sec to snatch and then 10 seconds to change weight
Females:
Start with 65 lb and increase by 10 lb each round
Once athletes reach 115, increase by 5 lb until reaching max of 135
Males:
Start at 95 lb and increase 10 lb each round until reaching max of 185 lb
Tiebreak for those who finish the ladder: if you finish the last snatch you will do max reps of OHS at the last weight
SCALED:
Both athletes have 20 sec to snatch and then 10 seconds to change weight
Females:
Start with 35 lb and increase by 10 lb each round
Once athletes reach 85 lb, increase by 5 lb until reaching max of 105 lb
Males:
Start at 45 lb and increase 10 lb each round until reaching max of 135 lb
Tiebreak for those who finish the ladder: if you finish the last snatch you will do max reps of OHS at the last weight
