About This Competition
Pound For Pound is back! The only functional fitness competition that uses weights based on the athlete's body weight, creating an even playing field on a pound for pound basis.
The competition returns in 2023 after a 4 year hiatus and we're super excited to welcome back athletes from across the UK and Europe for the finals on June 11th 2023.
This year we're teaming up with NOCCO who will be our event partner for the qualifiers and finals.
You’ll be competing to be crowned the Fittest Pound For Pound Athlete in Europe! The prize pot this year is worth over £3,000 with 1st place athletes taking £500 cash plus goodies!
To give you an idea of how the competition will run over the day, there will be 4 workouts, including a final, to test your strength, gymnastics, and endurance to find the fittest male and female athletes in Europe.
You’ll be required to weigh-in when you arrive at the start of the day, which will dictate the weights used for those workouts.
Weigh-in for the competition day will be open from 07:00-08:00. We will then start the first workout at 08:30 and aim to finishing the final workout around 17:30, with prize-giving at 18:00.
There will be plenty to do between your workouts with our vendor village playing host to clothing brands like KITBOX, supplement brands like NOCCO, and fitness accessory brands like ADAPT TAPE, as well as the delicious food and drinks on sale over the weekend.
Spectator tickets will go on sale very shortly so that you can make sure your band of supporters can be there to cheer you on.
No refunds given on tickets for live finals.
