Join us for "Under the Neon Lights", The Overcome Project's second partner competition.

This gauntlet-style competition, programmed by Ben Alderman, owner of Iron Mile Fitness and one of the masterminds behind California's biggest CrossFit competition "Nothern California Classic", involves teams navigating three workouts with prescribed rest intervals. All workouts will be completed within one hour from starting first workout!

Only one athlete working at a time.
This is for max calories in 8 minutes.
From 0-5:00
Athlete A is on the rower.
Athlete B is on the Echo Bike.
At 5:00 athletes switch spots.
Athletes will spend until 8 minute mark accumulating more cals.
Score is total calories.
12 minutes for both athletes to find a 1 rep max. 1 athlete will do a shoulder to overhead and the other will do a front squat.
Score is the sum of both lifts.
