👑 And mark your calendars for Saturday, the 20th, for a Super Saturday session full of team bonding challenges that'll all count towards team points.
📝 Here are some important notes to keep in mind:
- Challenges are to be completed after class, with the workouts done 10-15 minutes before the next class starts.
- Each team should use only one machine, regardless of the number of team members.
- Synchronized Burpees should be performed as a team, meeting down the bottom. No time measure, just complete the task.
- Run challenges also have no time measure, only the completion of the task.
🏆 Scoring:
- Attendance: Earn 1 point per member per class. Make sure to reserve and sign in!
- Challenge results will be posted on our Facebook page at the end of each day
💚💙💛❤️ Each class during the challenge is an opportunity to gain valuable points through attendance and completing tasks. Your coaches, who will be allocated to a team colour, will act as the head of the snake to organise, support, and motivate your crew.
📊 Each scoring opportunity will be listed/categorized, similar to a competition workout:
- Daily Step Count
- Recovery
- Attendance
- Max Team Cals on Bike
- Weekend Team Activities
- Max Team Metres on Rower
- Team Blood Donations
- Synchronized Burpees + Bonus Social Media Story Post
- Max Team Cals on Ski-Erg
- Total Team kilograms for CF Total & CF Total II each session
- 1 Mile Run
- Super Saturday Session
- Saturday Team Trivia
The coach in each class will be responsible for inputting scores for attendance and the daily challenges
💪 To make the most out of each day during the challenge, we highly recommend organizing at least one or two people in each class to complete the challenge and gain points. Consistency is key throughout this two-week period!
