Early Registration by May 22 - $110 per team
Registration May 23 - June 6 (registration closes) - $135 per team
NO ONSITE REGISTRATION

Schedule: Check-in begins at 8 AM. Heat schedule will be emailed out and posted week of.
Eligibility: Residents of Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming are allowed to participate!

Teams of 2 (MM, FF, MF)
1st, 2nd, 3rd in each division awarded.
Athletes are allowed knee sleeves, jump rope, grips, weight-liting belt.
T-shirts will be available at event site during athlete check-in.

Workouts
For time (Rx) (20/14) (10'/9'):
1000m row + 60 wall ball shots
800m row + 50 wall ball shots
600m row + 40 wall ball shots
400m row + 30 wall ball shots
200m row + 20 wall ball shots
For time (Scaled/Teens/Masters) (14/10) (10'/9'):
1000m row + 50 wall ball shots
800m row + 40 wall ball shots
600m row + 30 wall ball shots
400m row + 20 wall ball shots
200m row + 10 wall ball shots
Teams may split work as desired. One member works at a time.
*100m row = 1 rep
Beginning at 23:00:
On a 5:00 clock, find heaviest combined total shoulder to overhead weight.
*Both athletes must have min. 1 successful lift for score to count.
In 6:00, accumulate as many calories on the Echo bike as possible.
*Teams may split work as desired.
100 2-Man Deadlifts
Timecap: 10:00
- Each set of 25 must be unbroken to count.
- After 25 deadlifts, athletes advance the bar and perform 10 synchro burpees before starting next set of 25.
- If athletes break in the set of 25, they must immediately perform 6 synchro burpees before restarting that set of 25.
Standards:
- A break in deadlifts is either athlete taking hands off the bar OR stalled movement between repts. NO reset at the bottom of the rep. Must be touch-and-go.
- Burpees are synchro when chest and thighs are in contact with floor together before either athlete can stand up. Finish: jump with arms overhead. *Penalty burpees do not count towards score.

Immediately into:
40 box jump overs (24"/20")
60 chest-to-bar pullups
40 DB box step overs (24"/20") (50/35)
