All-scaled, all-women's partner competition for the beginner or the intermediate athletes!
DIVISION STANDARDS
*Not all movements will be used, but all athletes need to be capable of the following weights for at least a few reps.
BEGINNER
Deadlift: 75 lbs
Shoulder to Overhead: 55 lbs
Back/Front Squat: 55 lbs
Squat/Power/Hang Clean: 55 lbs
Power/Hang Snatch: 45 lbs
Box Jump or Step-up: 16".
WBS: 10 lbs. 8' Target.
KB: 26 lbs
DB: 20 lbs
INTERMEDIATE
Deadlift: 95 lbs
Back/Front Squat: 75 lbs
Shoulder to Overhead: 75 lbs
Squat/Power/Hang Clean: 65 lbs
Power/Hang Snatch: 55 lbs
Box Jump or Step-up: 16"-20"
WBS: 14 lbs. 9' Target.
KB: 35 lbs
DB: 25 lbs
*There will be no DUs or advanced gymnastics in either division (Pull-ups, Dips, HSPUs, Pistols).
There will be 3 workouts. All workouts will be released by Tuesday (12/10/24).

Workouts
MM24 Event 1
AMRAP in 10 Mins:
70 Calorie Row
50 Deadlifts
30 Synchro Lateral Burpees
Max Rep Med-Ball Sit-ups Over Box
Athletes will be allowed to switch out as much as necessary on Row until all 70 calories are completed.
Athletes will then advance to their barbell for Deadlifts. Athletes will be allowed to switch out as much as necessary on Deadlifts until all 50 reps are completed.
Athletes will then work in unison to complete 30 Synchro Lateral Burpees. The lateral will be over the bar and can be a step, skip or jump.
Athletes will then advance to the sit-up area where with all remaining time they will complete as many reps as possible of Med-Ball Sit-ups Over a Box. Athletes will be seated on opposing sides of a plyo box (30” long and 24” tall). One athlete will complete a Med-Ball Sit-up then throw their med-ball over the box to their partner to complete the rep.
Score is total reps completed in the 10 minutes. Each calorie, deadlift, synchro lateral burpee, and med-ball sit-up over box will count as a rep.
Beginner: 75 lbs Deadlift, 10 lbs Med-Ball.
Intermediate: 95 lbs Deadlift, 14 lbs Med-Ball.
MM24 Event 2
AMRAP in 8 Mins:
12 Alt DB G2OH
10 Front Squats
12 Med-Ball Step-ups

Max Calorie Ski
One athlete will be working through the AMRAP, while the other athlete is working on the Ski. Athletes can swap out as much as necessary during the 8 minutes.
Alt DB G2OH (Dumbbell Ground to Overhead) will be performed with one DB. This can be a Clean & Jerk or Snatch.
Front Squats will be performed with a barbell.
Med-Ball Step-ups will be performed holding the med-ball above the waist (gut hold, underarm, over shoulder, on top or behind the head) while stepping all the way on top of your box, finishing with both feet on the box and full extension of the knees and hips.
Score is total reps completed + total calories skied.
Beginner: 20 lb DBs, 45 lb Front Squat, 10 lb Med-Ball, 16" Box.
Intermediate: 25 lb DBs, 65 lb Front Squat, 14 lb Med-Ball, 20" Box.
MM24 Event 3
AMRAP in 7 Mins:
12/12-9/9-6/6: Cleans (Athlete 1/Athlete 2)
12/12-9/9-6/6: Shoulder to Overhead (Athlete 1/Athlete 2)
Max Rep Thrusters
Athlete 1 will complete 12 Cleans, then Athlete 2 will complete 12 Cleans. Athlete 1 will then complete 9 Cleans, then Athlete 2 will complete 9 Cleans. Athlete 1 will then complete 6 Cleans, then Athlete 2 will complete 6 Cleans. Only one Athlete working at a time.
Athlete 1 will complete 12 S2OHs, then Athlete 2 will complete 12 S2OH. Athlete 1 will then complete 9 S2OH, then Athlete 2 will complete 9 S2OH. Athlete 1 will then complete 6 S2OH, then Athlete 2 will complete 6 S2OH. Only one Athlete working at a time.
Then both Athletes will advance to Thrusters and complete as many reps as possible with any remaining time. Athletes will be allowed to switch out as much as necessary on Thrusters.
Score is total reps completed in 7 minutes. Each rep completed of the Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead, and the Thruster will count toward a total rep count. The total will be the score for Event 3.
Beginner: 45 lbs
Intermediate: 65 lbs
