Introducing the Spartan Virtual Challenge: Body Weight Edition presented by Health IQ. This challenge will test your cardio, strength and mental grit. Compete against yourself and other Spartans to see where you rank.
THE CHALLENGE
- 30 Air squats
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Lunges (15 per side)
- 30 Russian Twists (15 per side)
- Repeat 3 more times (Total of 4 rounds)

- - Register Here
- - Complete the challenge and submit your time between 3/10 and 3/18. Complete the challenge in front of a Spartan SGX coach or submit a video to YouTube to qualify for an award as part of our Competitive Category. The top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will earn a free entry to a 2018 Spartan Race. Find a coach here.
- - Submit your time, stats and shipping info before 3/18
- - See where you rank: results to be posted to see how you stack up to the competition
- - Your finisher dog tag will arrive in the mail
*Workout must be completed in front of an SGX Coach in order to be eligible for a 2018 free race entry (top 3 male and top 3 female). If you do not have an SGX Coach in your area, video yourself completing the workout, upload to YouTube or Vimeo and paste the link into the submission form between 3/10 and 3/18. All workout times must be submitted by March 18th at 11:59 PM ET in order to be eligible for the top prizes and to receive your dog tag. Please allow 6-8 weeks for dog tag delivery. Discounts can’t be applied to this offer.
