OUR BIGGEST EVENT YET - Functional fitness comp for all of you Hybrid athletes,
Teams of 4 same sex - Intermediate level
4 workouts @18 minutes plus a head to head final - Endurance and team work is key!!!
Expect Weights, Ergs, Sandbags, Burpees, Wall balls and some awkward bits thrown in....

Barbell complex ascending rep ladder
Example - Athlete 1 must complete 2 reps of each move before passing over to athlete 2.

Each round add 2 reps eg 2, 4 ,6 , 8 etc
All athletes must agree the same weight for all 4 athletes to complete complex to receive a score. If an athlete cannot complete all the reps in a round then their score is void
