6 push jerks
Individuals: 155/105#
Masters: 135/95#
8 min time cap
DT Standards:
12 deadlifts

The Hang Power Clean must start with a full deadlift OR after the 12th completed deadlift. Once full extension is shown the barbell is cleaned up to the shoulder. The rep is credited when the athlete stands to full hip and knee extension with the elbows CLEARLY in front of the bar. The bar is then lowered anywhere above the knee until 9 reps are completed.

The rep is credited when the athlete is standing with full knee and hip extension with the arms fully extended overhead. Split Jerks are NOT ALLOWED. All 6 reps must show control in the lockout position or a NO REP will be given.
There will be a 2 minute transition between DT and Part 2.
