About This Competition

Welcome to the ETX Survivor Series!
We’ve got a full day lined up — back-to-back workouts:

  • Event 1: Clean & Jerk Ladder
    You and your partner have 30 seconds each to hit a clean and jerks, climbing the ladder as high as you can getting to heavier and heavier weights
  • Event 2: Double Jackie
    Row, thrusters, pull-ups — race the clock. Fastest time wins!
  • Event 3: ETX AMRAP
    90 minutes. As many laps of the obstacle run as you want. Each lap earns your team a ticket.

    Feeling savage? Keep pushing. Need a break? Grab a drink, snack, chill — then hit another lap when you're ready.

Prizes & Raffle:

  • Winners for each division will be recognized.
  • For each event:

1st place = 5 raffle tickets

2nd place = 4 tickets

3rd place = 3 tickets

  • Earn additional tickets during the ETX AMRAP!
  • Extra tickets will also be available for purchase.
  • Prizes will be raffled off at the end of the competition.

Podium winners and raffle

Athletes will start at 35lbs and will advance every 30 seconds until they max out. Ladder starts at 35lbs and increases until reaching 315lbs. Team members will combine weights to determine their score.
Any clean technique from ground to a controlled front rack position (locked out with elbows in front of bar) will be accepted. Push or Split jerk accepted with full extension of the knees, hips, shoulder and elbows. Rep is complete when judge calls its.

TIME CAP: 20 minutes

P1: 1000 meter row
P2: 50 thrusters (M:45/W:35)
P1:30 pull ups
P2:1000 m row
P1:50 thrusters (M:45/W:35)
P2: 30 pull ups

Scaled:
P1: 800 m row
P2: 50 thrusters (M:35/W:15)
P1: 30 ring rows
P2: 800 m row
P1: 50 thrusters (M:35/W:15)

**Every 100 meters is 1 rep for time capped teams

WOD #3 "ETX Survivor Series AMRAP"
A 90 min AMRAP that will include running, box jumps, rope climbs, echo bike and more... The final course will be announced day of the competition! Settle in and get comfortable being uncomfortable as you pace through the course as many times as you can in 90 minutes.
You will receive one raffle ticket per lap. You can take it easy and just get a ticket or two, or you can go all out and rack up as many tickets as you can for the raffle. It up to you and how hard you want to work.
